At this time we only deliver online orders to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for physical items purchased, which means you have 14 days after receiving your physical item to request a return. We will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost if you have already received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened with their seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept any item which has been used or not in the same purchased condition – a refund / exchange will unfortunately be denied.

To start a return, you can contact us at  cat@thephotoacademyni.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

For any purchases made on our website for gift vouchers, if you withdraw from that purchase, within seven working days, then we will refund the cost minus the cost of packaging, shipping and credit card charges, if any.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital products, online workshops / courses, sale items or gift vouchers..

Exchanges

Exchanges to a different course may be available prior to commencement of the workshop. Once you start the course, unfortunately no exchanges are possible.

Refunds

Unfortunately there are no refunds available for digital products or online courses. For other items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
